Our team’s background has also included teaching, public school administration, and college professorship. Our Resume
The team at Modern Safety Solutions has over 50 years of experience in education, 30+ years of experience as Military Police Officers, and 20+ years as New York State Peace Officers. Training: with over 50 years as educators and thousands of hours logged as trainers, we bring extensive knowledge and depth to our educational capabilities. We have years of experience training civilians, state and federal employees, military members, and police. Policy Development: 20+ years as quality control specialists allowed for thousands of pages and hundreds of hours of policy review. This led to our expertise in creating, reviewing, and implementing policies and procedures. Vulnerability Assessments: As Security Managers, we gained familiarity with physical security measures such as camera systems, access control, alarm systems, and other security measures. In our numerous roles, we were often tasked with the mission of overcoming or circumventing a base’s security measures by evading their security personnel, physical barriers, and various electronic security systems.
Our Training
Our greatest strength is the diversity in our education. By training with the leading agencies in the country, we have gained expertise in workplace violence and active shooter mitigation, focusing on training, policy development, and vulnerability assessment.
